Touring New Bedford’s new full-day preschools

Education reporter Colin Hogan visited one of New Bedford’s 10 newly expanded public preschools, which are now offering full-day services for the first time. Already the new format has led to a spike in attendance and is offering valuable services, including early interventions for special needs students.
